Frequently Asked Questions

To place an order:

  1. Browse our collection and select your desired product.
  2. Choose the size, color, and quantity.
  3. Click “Add to Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout.”
  4. Fill in your shipping details and make the payment.

Once the order is confirmed, you'll receive an email and SMS with your order details.

We accept the following payment method

  1. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
  2. UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  3. Net Banking
  4. Cash on Delivery (available on select pin codes)

After placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also go to the “My Orders” section in your account to track the delivery status in real-time.

You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Tags and labels are intact.

Note: Certain items (like sale items or innerwear) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check the return eligibility on the product page.



You can raise a return/exchange request by:

  1. Logging in to your Sabhyasha account.
  2. Going to “My Orders” and selecting the item you want to return.
  3. Clicking on “Return” or “Exchange” and following the on-screen instructions.

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup, and your refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
