Frequently Asked Questions
To place an order:
- Browse our collection and select your desired product.
- Choose the size, color, and quantity.
- Click “Add to Cart” and then “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Fill in your shipping details and make the payment.
Once the order is confirmed, you'll receive an email and SMS with your order details.
We accept the following payment method
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (available on select pin codes)
After placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also go to the “My Orders” section in your account to track the delivery status in real-time.
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Tags and labels are intact.
Note: Certain items (like sale items or innerwear) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check the return eligibility on the product page.
You can raise a return/exchange request by:
- Logging in to your Sabhyasha account.
- Going to “My Orders” and selecting the item you want to return.
- Clicking on “Return” or “Exchange” and following the on-screen instructions.
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup, and your refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
